   Wheat flour is one of the most nutritious plant foods available, offering an array of minerals and critical nutrients. There are many types, varieties and different properties to the different grains. Wheat flour is one of the most important foods in terms of health as well as the economy. It is a staple in most diets and has properties that can’t be replaced by other cereal grains.

   Wheat is primarily made up of complex carbohydrates which provide a source of time-released energy. The nutrition community recommends that 55-60 percent of our daily calories come from carbohydrates. Also, no more than 30 percent of our calories should come form fat, and approximately 12-15 percent of calories should be derived from protein. Clearly, calories acquired from carbohydrates such as wheat products are the healthiest and most important to incorporate in our diets.

   Complex carbohydrates provide essential nutrients, are less likely to be stored as fat and more likely to be stored as muscle fuel.
So, what’s in wheat that makes it so healthy? One major component in wheat which is only found in plant foods is dietary fiber. Dietary fiber is the carbohydrate in food which humans cannot digest. Fiber acts as a broom to sweep out the digestive tract as well as satisfying appetite longer. One slice of whole wheat bread contains 2 grams of dietary fiber; one slice of white bread contains 0.5 grams; and one ounce of wheat bran cereal contains
between 8 and 9 grams of dietary fiber.

   Wheat flour under your Private Label with sizes 1kg, 2 kg, 5 kg in paper package with client specifications for package. Wheat flour quality specification can be according to your needs and include main types: High grade, First grade, whole Atta grade. We have possibility to do fortification according to client needs and specifications needed in destination country.

   Wheat flour in 25 kg and 50 kg by bulk. Bulk wheat flour quality specification can be according to your needs and include main types: High grade, First grade, whole Atta grade.

   We have possibility to do fortification of Bulk wheat flour according to client needs and specification.
   As well 25/50 kg bags design also can be as per client request with all needed specific information and language. We do loadings by trucks and/or 20 feet Marine Containers (24 mt per container).

   Our monthly production capacity up to 1500 mt of wheat flour with good plant location in south of Odesa region. During last 10 years we did supply wheat flour to many retailers, cake producers, animal feed producers, importers/distributors. We are flexible in payment condition and always glad to start new projects with new clients/partners.
